You acknowledge that, by submitting your contact request or other request form on the Services or by electing to request pre-approval, you may receive telemarketing calls from or on behalf of the real estate agent or Lender at the telephone number(s) you provide.
IdealEstate.co is not a licensed real estate broker and does not broker real estate transactions. IdealEstate.co does not act as a real estate agent for you or any other user. IdealEstate.co does not sell, buy, or negotiate the purchase, sale, or exchange of real property. Further, IdealEstate.co does not lease or rent, offer to lease or rent, or negotiate the lease of real property or otherwise aid or assist in the lease of real property.
The Services offered by IdealEstate.co are free to consumers.
The Lenders participating on the Services are solely responsible for their services to consumers. Governing Law; Venue.
