IdealEstate’s Preferred+ recruiting solution is the easiest and most affordable solution on the market to help you quickly attract talented agents to join your organization.
We do this in 3 ways.
- When an agent signs up for IdealEstate, they are asked a series of questions. If they say “Yes, I want to join a team," we align them with agent recruiters. These candidates have raised their hands and specifically said they want to join a team or switch brokerages.
- When you sign up for Preferred+ you will fill out your Ideal Candidate Preferences. Once those are updated, we will align you with agents who fit your preferences.
- Your recruiting profile allows you to add a recruiting pitch and/or video (if you have one). We will then actively promote your recruiting pitch to potential candidates.
